This workshop will focus on the Spiral Line (SPL)—a double helix-shaped pathway of muscle and fascia that links the body from head to toe and supports us with movements like walking, twisting, turning the head, and helps to maintain balance across all plains. When out of balance, the spiral line can create, compensate for, and maintain twists, rotations and lateral shifts in the body. Information & registration.
