Katie Louvat has been teaching yoga in Reno, Nevada for more than a decade. Taught slowly, methodically, and with precise instruction, Katie's classes provide a friendly and meditative environment for students to develop flexibility and strength, and to deepen their awareness of body, mind, and breath. They are appropriate for people of all ages, abilities, and body types.
