A nourishing practice designed to soften and open the body so the breath can flow with ease. We'll move through a gentle asana practice, including some long-held restorative postures and myofascial release techniques, to free the diaphragm, dissolve muscle tension, and create space for unhindered respiration. The afternoon will include periods of focused breath-work and quiet meditation.
All levels of students are welcome.
