KATIE'S TEACHING STYLE
Inspired by both the Iyengar and Vini Yoga traditions, Katie’s carefully sequenced classes fluctuate between movement, stillness, breath-work and guided introspection. Taught slowly, methodically, and with precise instruction, these classes provide a friendly and meditative environment for students to develop flexibility and strength, and to deepen their awareness of body, mind, and breath. Katie's classes are appropriate for students of all ages, abilities, and bodies.

Tuesdays, 5:30 - 7 pm, Yoga Loka
Wednesdays, 8 - 9:15 am, Yoga Loka
Wednesdays, 5:30 - 7 pm, The Yoga Center
Thursdays, 6:30 - 7:45 am, The Yoga Center
Thursdays, 12:15 - 1:30 pm, Yoga Loka
Fridays, 8 - 9:15 am, Yoga Loka
Saturdays, 7 - 8:30 am, Yoga Loka
THE YOGA CENTER:
$16 drop-in; $70 for 5 classes (must be used within 90 days); cash or check preferred
$18 drop-in/$15 for seniors & full-time students
Class series through Yoga Loka are also available.
