Join Katie for a restorative and informative afternoon practice designed to unravel stiffness and tension in the neck and shoulders and increase postural awareness. Neck and shoulder tension is widespread in our culture and can be attributed to a number of factors including poor postural habits, long hours spent in front of computers or curled over devices, and the general stress of daily life. In this workshop, participants will learn a simple combination of yoga postures and myofascial release techniques that—when performed regularly and coupled with healthy postural habits—can bring relief and prevent future discomfort.
